Shipping & Delivery

All orders take 2-6 business days to be created and shipped out. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it’s available. If we need to get a new photo from you, this will lengthen the production time.

You will receive a proof within 24 hours. The faster you approve, the faster we can get started on production.

Transit estimates are below:

USA: 5-10 business days

Canada: 8-15 business days

UK: 10-20 business days

Rest of the World: 10-25 business days

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We will email you to request a different shipping address if you provide a P.O. Box at checkout.

We offer free shipping to all orders in the United States. If shipping isn’t free, we will provide you with a shipping estimate at checkout.

In most cases, items will be packaged together. However, depending on what you ordered, we may need to send them in separate packages.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more.

We also offer payments through PayPal, Klarna, and Afterpay. If you choose this payment method you will be redirect to complete your payment through their site.

Problems With Your Order

In the rare event that your product or wrapping paper arrives damaged, please reach out and we will make things right. Follow these simple steps.
  1. Email support@happyhawaiianshirts.com
  2. Include your name, email, and order number if you have it.
  3. Please send us a photo of the damaged product.

If your order is not delivered to the right address or goes missing, please reach out to us and we will make things right.

  1. Check with your neighbors to see if it was left with them. Have a doorbell camera? Check and see if the delivery was attempted.
  2. Contact us via email. Please include your name, email, phone and order number. Include any info you think might be relevant.
  3. We will contact the carrier to find out what happened.
  4. We will email you some options (i.e. Send a reprint or provide you with a refund)

Refunds & Returns

You will be able to make as many changes as needed before your order is sent to print. Once you have approved your proof, we cannot make any changes. 

Due to the custom nature of our service/product, and fast turnaround times, we do not offer refunds. Once our artists get started on your proof you will not be able to receive a refund.
